Stephanie Garrett- partner

Stephanie has held leadership positions at Canadian Business for Social Responsibility and the University of Calgary, and consulting roles with UN Women and Global Affairs Canada. A co-founder of INLE Social Performance, Stephanie has spent the last decade contributing to the national and international conversation on social sustainability with a particular focus on business and human rights.

Her project work spans North America, Latin America, Asia and parts of Europe and Africa. She engages with executives and board directors to local teams and suppliers of leading global brands and organizations in, or associated with, the extractives, retail, agri-food, and tourism sectors. A graduate of international development from the London School of Economics with specialization in international human rights law, her career began with grassroots and international NGOs in parts of south Asia and Latin America, leading to her passion for bringing diverse stakeholders together to achieve common goals and guiding organizations through a rapidly evolving landscape of social responsibility.

jocelyn kelln- partner

Jocelyn has held Senior Advisory roles at Suncor Energy in Stakeholder and Aboriginal Relations and Strategic Issues and Risk Management and at the University of Calgary Women's Resource Centre. A co-founder of INLE Social Performance, Jocelyn is a skilled stakeholder engagement professional with specific expertise in indigenous relations and consultation in the energy industry. She has managed diverse, multi-stakeholder groups ranging from community advisory boards to volunteer bodies.

Beginning her career as a commercial pilot in Northern Canada, she honed her situational awareness abilities: identifying, processing and comprehending critical information to manage risk and make decisions. She is a graduate of the University of Calgary, holding a Master of Arts in Communication and Culture. Whether working vertically and horizontally within organizations, or externally with community, government, or specific rights-holders, she is committed to facilitating meaningful engagement and building trust.
